An ex-pageant queen fronts a rock band? Cinema Hearts has a pulsing passion for days gone by. It’s the sparkling rock project of Washington, D.C. singer-songwriter and former Miss America contender Caroline Weinroth, whose music captivates audiences around the world with playful lyricism, moody guitar riffs, retro song references, and dramatic pageantry. Backed by a powerful rhythm section, with Massimo Zaru-Roque on bass and Danny Ortiz on drums, Cinema Hearts presents a firecracker of a show. Following their SXSW tour, Rolling Stone picked Cinema Hearts as one of the best live acts to see.

sage is alive is an emogaze band from Charlottesville, Virginia. Made of guitarist/vocalists Isabel Xiao, Tucker Ferrell, drummer Raghav Vasudeva, & bassist Blake Cabral, their shared love of noise, post-hardcore, & shoegaze comes to life through the identity of 'sage.'

The 4 piece powerhouse No Agenda formed in Norfolk, VA 2023 with veterans of the music scene coming together with a shared vision: original hard hitting and energetic rock n roll blues that makes listeners feel. The group formed to make an unmistakable sound that seamlessly blends the blues, hard rock, and alternative roots that is only recognizable as “you know it when you hear it.” Former bandmates and best friends, Jordan Parker and Win Kent, were ready to start a new project that brought the likes of heavenly singing from Windsor Rachel and master filler, pocket playing, Lee Olenyik, to be met with groovy bass rhythms and blistering guitar licks that would captivate audiences.

Taking inspiration from Stevie Ray Vaughan, BB King, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Cream, and Royal Blood, the band pays attributes to the roots while bringing new energy to audiences in their originals and covers. Their first single, Stranger, became a quick classic locally and overseas and was quickly followed with another instant favorite, Lover, showcasing the blues playing, heaviness, and no BS rock approach. No Agenda was selected by Veer Magazine for top ten local artist highlight and nominated for best classic rock and best blues in the Hampton Roads area. No Agenda continues to play local venues in the Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, and Richmond areas. The band released their debut EP “Hardly Know Her” 4/26/25 and will be releasing more new music Fall 2026.
