The Snozzberries are an undeniable force of raw musical power, a constantly evolving band laser-focused on pushing boundaries. Praised by Rolling Stone as a “jubilant rock act,” The Snozzberries are a rising star in the world of alternative psych rock.

The Asheville, NC based rock group has always emphasized engaging with their audience through tight musical arrangements and improvisational exploration. Delving deeper into a new era of progressive fusion based storytelling, The Snozzberries are ready to nourish the masses with their infectious riffs and memorable vocal harmonies.

In November 2024, The Snozzberries released their new self-titled album to rave reviews. Described by Grateful Web as "a gift for all progressive music fans," The Snozzberries is a cosmic journey, channeling dark psych rock, thrash metal, funk and soul to weave a tapestry of love, loss and redemption. Prog Magazine praised the album as “Pushing the envelope in energy, chaos and breadth...An exuberant collection of tasty grooves and kaleidoscopic jams.”

On a hot streak of creativity, the band recently released “Durt Nap,” the first in a series of live-studio singles. Each of these new singles has been recorded, mixed and mastered by the band’s drummer Logan Jayne at his home studio, and all feature an accompanying music video. Fans can anticipate seeing these new releases every few weeks for the rest of 2025.

Dr. Bacon is a Funked Up Roots and Rock n’ Roll band based out of Asheville, North Carolina. Blending incredibly diverse instrumentation with broad, deep musical influences, allows the band to perform a plethora of widely accessible, danceable music. The Dr. Bacon Live Experience is truly a spectacle to behold, bringing the audience on a musical journey that lulls and spikes in energy, caressing ears with lush beauty and whipping crowds into a tribal romp, shaking booties and shedding inhibitions. This manic versatility ensures that no matter what genre of music you identify with most, you will hear something that resonates. Dr. Bacon started playing together in 2012 on King Street in Boone, NC as a 3 piece busking with acoustic bluegrass/folk and 90s/00’s pop/rock/hip-hop influenced music. Several lineup changes over the years and a move to Asheville refined and electrified the band’s sound, incorporating funk, rock, soul, jam, psychedelic and world music to Appalachian influences. The blending of several elements of these genres (often within the same song) along with a truly unique instrumental arsenal is what keeps Dr. Bacon fans coming back for more.
