The Proper Hustlers formed in Philadelphia in 2018, bringing together five musicians with diverse backgrounds but a shared passion for creating progressive, eclectic music that defies easy categorization.

What started as casual jam sessions quickly evolved into something more substantial as we discovered our unique sound—a blend of progressive rock, jazz fusion, and jam band sensibilities that resonated with audiences seeking music that challenges and inspires.
