Women in Peril is a Boston-based queer emo band who have coined their music as dog rock. Having self- released an EP in 2023 as well as a collection of singles in 2024, WIP has been apart of the East Coast DIY scene for almost three years. As well as playing basements/DIY venues, WIP has played with artists such as American Football, Sweet Pill, Anxious, Macseal, and continue to dive deep into the emo aesthetic and sound.
