Parrotfish
Parrotfish is an up-and-coming alternative rock band consisting of four best friends from Tampa who now call Nashville home. Described as having an eclectic variation of sub-rock genres, Parrotfish has been compared to the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Sublime and are influenced by genres ranging from reggae to hip-hop to blues. The boys — Conor Lynch (vocals), Joe Cadrecha (guitar), Matty Rodriguez (bass) and Trace Chiappe (drums) — formed Parrotfish when they were sophomores in high school, added Trace to the band when they came to Belmont University three years ago, and have been captivating audiences and making music in Nashville ever since. Their high-energy sets have garnered them a loyal local following, and, paired with their unique sound, won them Belmont’s Rock Showcase and the interest of industry professionals and fans alike. Their upcoming EP is set to release soon, followed by a tour with Anthony Amorim and Callaway Martin. You can find their latest singles, including their newest, “Soccer Moms,” on music streaming platforms — be sure to check out their popular collabs with Callaway Martin, like “Shoulda Stayed Home” and “Are You Kidding” as well!
